Securing Conservation Fisheries’ Future

Founded in 1986, Conservation Fisheries works with partners to restore rare, threatened and endangered freshwater fishes across Eastern North America, recognized as a global leader in this work. Currently heavily dependent on short-term Federal Grants or State Grants using Federal 'pass-through' funding, programs being cut, CF plans to establish an endowment fund to ensure the completion of active projects working with 17 species of at-risk fishes and to meet long-term operating and expansion needs.
